Early Beginnings

• While attending college, our founder began perfecting his cracklin recipe while working at his family's small country grocery store in South Louisiana. That same year, he entered a local cracklin cooking competition and won. After earning several championship titles, demand for his authentic Cajun cracklins continued to grow.

A Championship-Winning Moment. 

• Our founder proudly celebrates another cracklin cooking contest victory in 2008—one of several awards that helped launch the Bonneval Foods story.

• In 2010, Bonneval Foods LLC was officially established under the Louisiana State Meat Inspection Program with a mission to provide high-quality, authentic Cajun meat products while preserving the traditions and flavors that
